Rental Rates

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.  People booking 2 weeks at any time will also get a reduction on the second week  Any damages/breakages must be paid for and a breakage deposit of EUR 120 or Leva 240 (cash on arrival) will be required. This will be returned within 7 days in your own currency. It is possible to arrange airport transfers from Plovdiv or Sofia..We can also arrange airport transfers whereby someone will drive you to Pamporovo but leave you with the car during your stay in Pamporovo..

We can arrange airport transfers from Plovdiv where you can stop off to stock up at the supermarket en route.

For airport transfers from Sofia, we can arrange cheap airport transfers especially if you are prepared to share the minibus from the airport with guests going to other hotels or apartments in Pamporovo.

We can help arrange ski passes ski/board tuition etc. at discount prices.

These are self catering chalets. There is no maid service. Cleaning prior to your arrival and following your departure is included in the price.  Bed linen and towels are provided.  There is a mid week change of towels and bed linen for those staying a week or more.

50% of the amount for chalet rental is payable upon booking. This can be done by bank transfer in GB pounds or Euros or by PayPal or British cheque. We retain the right to cancel if payment is not received within 7 days. The remaining balance is payable 10 weeks before your expected date of arrival. Any extras such as transfers, ski passes or tuition must be made at the time of booking them. Cancellations:- We will refund 50% of the total booking fee if we are notified no later than 8 weeks before departure. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds if we are notified within 8 weeks of departure.
